Highly recommended. I went for the first time since I found myself in the neighborhood and I love Vietnamese food. Carter, who was wonderful recommended I try the brisket Pho for my first dish- which made me do a happy dance once I tried it. This place is legit. Can’t wait to go back and try other dishes. Also very clean and cute atmosphere.

A nice pitstop before grabbing a train at Poughkeepsie train station. This Vietnamese noodle house serves up tasty broth pho. Toppings stick to the more universally palatable (i.e. no tendon, bible tripe or fatty brisket — just rare slices of beef and beef balls). A bit light on the complimentary bean sprouts, lime wedges and Thai basil. Vegetarian rolls though tasty, a bit awkward to handle (sticky!). Though lacking in certain aspects, the flavors still hit the spot when craving Vietnamese in the mid-Hudson.

Warmly welcomed and seated. Had fried chicken dumplings for starters. Really good . Had the beef pho for dinner. Large portions. Excellent 👌👍 taste and flavor. Hit the spot on an ordinary snowy cold day !! The chilli oil is really really 🔥🔥, buts adds that spicy edge to the meal. Totally enjoyed and will be back for sure.

Hi, it's Shafina! Once again, Pho 59 & Grill has impressed us! Their shrimp pho is truly exceptional and my husband's absolute favorite. We always appreciate the outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere. I want to give a special shout-out to Mary and the entire team for consistently preparing incredible meals every time we visit. You won’t regret dining here!
